Triathlon Training: WEEK 1!!!

It's time to start training for my first triathlon! Training starts Monday and goes as follows:
Mon: 30 min bike
Tues: 15 min swim w/ Emma at Trousdell 5:30 am
Wed: 30 min bike
Thurs: 20 min run
Fri: 20 min run
Sun: 15 min swim/20 min run at Trousdell
